Blackout Dinner Ticket

  • Blackout Dinner Ticket

"The Blackout Dinner" was founded by Matt Orlando and his restaurant Amass in Copenhagen in 2017 in order to set the focus on how much ressources a restaurant is using during one night of service.
"Highlighting the darkness" one could say, but it is rather an appreciation of what we have and a more fundamental, down to earth way of cooking.
This dinner series is taking place in 7 different countries all over Europe and is focusing on "Earth Day", which is taking place every 22nd of April.

Since the Healthy Boy Band steadily thinks about ways how to change the way we act and think in the gastronomic industry into a better direction we see the need to contribute and at the same time we feel very honored to be part of this event series.
The Supersense store, which is a store specialized in analog and vintage photo and recording material, with its newly renovated addition "Dogenhof" supports us and the Blackout dinner series by offering the location.

We invited friends from Viennese gastronomic enterprises to jam and cook with us on open fire the whole day. In addition we get the support from our dealer in crime Weinskandal ( and the music (unplugged, free jazz jam session) will be played and curated by Zanshin Kuge.
